I deducted a couple stars for one major and one minor reason (may be major to others), The two primary boards (the main ones that go on outside and provide structure and hangers support) arrived with a couple inch cracks/splits down the length and have since grown and multiplied, going up and down the entire length in various places. I took down and wood glued the back side (that is less visible in hopes of keeping the boards from completely falling apart; if they do, I will be lowering the rating. Secondly, many of the board panels were very poorly painted with several spots showing unpainted areas. It looks tacky but again I tried to place the majority of the spots on the less seen side. If it were not for these two issues, I would be very happy with this product and mostly still am, as if you don't stare at it, they look nice.
