I love that the system is integrated with most of the major providers, including Anthem Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Aetna, Humana, Cigna, and others. It also has great integrations with other systems such as Salesforce. The interface for our clinicians can be a bit complicated to navigate, which causes some frustration when we try to find something quickly. There are very few features out of the box, so customization and configuration can take quite awhile. While it's not perfect, it does provide us with plenty of functionality with a reasonable price point. We've been able to integrate with all of our major insurance carriers and providers in one place, improving our ability to communicate between them.
