The Nielsen Heavy Duty Harness comes with two buckle harnesses, a large harness, a carrying case, instructions and a training DVD. I used this strap to move an expensive $30,000 car from the basement to the garage. The machine weighed about 350 pounds, was made of metal so all sides were smooth, and without that strap it would have been difficult to steer while climbing stairs. This harness system is very high quality and can lift a lot more than we can. The closures are easy to use. The straps were very comfortable to use and were easy on our backs. It takes a little practice to learn how to use them, but it didn't take long. Moving something lighter like a washer, dryer, or refrigerator would be child's play compared to what we're moving. This system is highly recommended.
