I like that you can use madtrix in multiple ways, as an API tool for integration with other platforms such is Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Adobe Target (or any of their partners). The platform also has some great reporting features which makes me feel more comfortable about using them than others out there who only have one way they want us users/customers see our reports - through another system we don't control! There are many different types of visualizations available within each report so finding what best suits my needs at this time isn’t always easy but if something doesn't exist then creating custom graphs will help solve those problems too :) We've been able get better insights into how customers interact wth specific product lines by seeing where traffic comes from when searching certain keywords related directly back tto products sold via AdWords campaigns etc..
