The package came with a torn end, it has a large hole with a protruding part of the towbar. loosely packaged and misaligned, and missing a few screws and fasteners that had clearly fallen out of a hole that had been taped more than once. The product looked good and sturdy and seemed well made but I packaged it the best I could and sent it back for a refund and went to my local store to buy the same product for $50 less with installation . Kurt needs to reinforce his packaging when they ship it in a single ply box or double boxed so that nobody does this.
