So.this is a bit of work. The first part that you have to get right is the crossbars that you mount to the electrical box but you MUST also screw the crossbars into the ceiling with the supplied plugs or screws. If you don’t the crossbars will sag. Screw them in away from the center. The further out you go, the better the result. Measure the 4 bolts on the crossbars that you’ll need to mount the fixture onto. They MUST be 15-3/4” apart, also very important. Make sure that they are snug! Everything else is pretty straightforward. I had no issues with sockets not working and all the parts were there and not broken. The unit came with some spare parts too.For the money.it doesn’t get better than this light. It’s absolutely beautiful and bigger than I expected. We are very very pleased. I went with 25 watt Leds (E12 bulbs) after trying out the 40 watt ones which were extremely bright. That’s a matter of taste though.Hopes this helps.
