The ethernet connector on my laptop stopped working so I decided to buy a USB to ethernet adapter. I thought I would buy the cheapest one I could find first and see how it works. Well it works great. It works on my Windows 7 laptop without installing drivers or other software, just plug and play. The connection appears to be as fast as a dedicated Ethernet jack. It doesn't look like it's made from the highest quality materials, but why spend more when it does what it's supposed to do?
