I have a 2010 Precedent IQ with Jake's hard spindle lift previously installed. A golf cart tuner told me that the previous set could break on really rough stuff like gopher holes and rabbit holes. Before the GTW was installed, the bogie made loud tire noises and required almost three times the radius to turn. I already had HD rear springs and the rear end was raised 6" for my 22" Sahara. This kit and almost all others are made in China. If you have Jake's rigid spindle raise kit installed, be sure to order two M14 - 2 flange nuts for this project. Jake needs heavier axles so they use a giant slotted nut. If you don't have an M14 handy, you'll have to leave your cart unfinished until you get it. Luckily a local ace had M14-2 stainless steel which I used #8 shims with. This seems like an acceptable workaround. The job took 5 hours of meticulous attention and a half hour break for a drive to Ace. I hope you have a hydraulic jack or a brown bro, you will need it! I had power tools but had to use a lot of wrenches, crowbars, hammers and sockets. Alignment after installation is critical and please use the warning sticker supplied with your dashboard. Once installed, the kit allows turning almost within the car radius (reason for the sticker), almost no vibration or road noise, and much better shock absorption. I live in a rural area where there are many roads. I've looked at all the kits online and trust the sheer amount of metal in the lower A-arms this kit has. There is a better one (RHOX BMF) but it's great for general off-road use. Now I know why the tuner I spoke to uses these kits.
