As everyone says, a well built filtration system that gets the job done. Just remember that replacement filters are expensive. About $150 a year or so. Also, changing the filter requires ten steps. Step 5: A) Pour 2 cups of bleach into the filter housing. B) Drain the water heater C) Open the main water supply D) Open the faucet at the point farthest from the system until you smell chlorine. Flush the toilet. Do this at every point in your home. E) Shut off the water supply. F) Open housing. The other steps before and after are easy. These instructions include things like turning off the gas and then re-igniting the pilot when you're done. Other parts not included: After draining the water heater, I suggest you close the drain valve before (C) opening the main water supply. Otherwise, all the water will flow out of the water heater drain hole. And to (F): I believe you need to open the nearest tap to release the pressure so the case can be opened again.
