Good as OEM, enough work to replace.
It takes a lot of effort to remove, disassemble, install the latch, reassemble and reinstall the cover. That's a lot more complicated than it needs to be. You can try glue first. If you try, watch a good video first. I replaced the cover at the same time as I had completely disassembled it. The rest works as stated.
