LED flash when driving on the road!

The first night I was stopped with this camera! The LEDs flash when you drive on the road! It appears to have a light sensor that turns the rear lights on and off. So if the car is behind you, it will flash as you drive down the street. They had to wrap duct tape around the headlights to prevent driver glare. behind me!
