Useful and inexpensive tool. Don't expect the jagged edges to be sharp, you'll only core soft peppers. I want the diameter of the folded part to be 5/32 smaller. Most jalapenos which are smaller seem to be made for this, it works if you like gutted peppers and with minimal heat - ribs and seeds have the "HOTTEST" peppers. The smaller size would have allowed some of the ribs to remain inside, and the extra twisting would still remove them for those who want fully peeled peppers. Don't try to reduce the warp with punches or a vise like I did as the steel will harden and break without bending. MY DEBT!
