This item comes with a plastic cap so us adults don't cut ourselves. Serious! Have you ever seen a pizza cutter sharp enough to cut your finger? If it's that spicy then I don't want it, I cut the dough, no tough veggies. There are no instructions for removing the knife. It fits really snug to the point where I thought it wouldn't come loose. But if you pull hard, the lid should slide off. Why wasn't that included in the instructions? I was about to return it. 2 stars for the silly cover and lack of direction on the silly cover.
