A good product. The reason for the four stars was that the felt pieces didn't fit. Item

Nice to look at, easy to put together, perch big enough for my 12lb cat. He's strong, but my cat always goes to his old one, probably because he's bigger. I didn't like how they matched, they were too tight for me to put on all the poles so I had to leave them inside to put them on so I only use one at the bottom. There were three and none fit properly. Overall this is a good product!
