It's all about data collection. We can see how many patients each provider sees. This is helpful when determining who to send out for certain procedures. The software isn't very intuitive to use. You need help from someone who knows what they're doing to figure things out. They have improved some, but there are still some things that don't make sense. Get help if you're having problems with the software. We were able to track patient information more efficiently than before, which was important since we had so much paper work to do every day.
