Hmm, Could Be Better - Knobonly Privacy Handleset

I recently purchased the Knobonly Privacy Handleset for my home and have mixed feelings about it. On the plus side, the brushed nickel finish looks sleek and modern and the fact that it's reversible for left or right installation made it a breeze to install. However, I have encountered some issues with the keyless feature. It works most of the time, but occasionally it doesn't unlock and I have to use the key. It's also a bit finicky to lock it from the inside - sometimes I have to pull it up a few times before it actually turns. Overall, it's an okay product, but I wish the keyless function was more reliable.
