I checked with VERIZON before purchasing the 760 and they told me there was no problem transferring my account to the 760 even when they told me that it is no longer supported. After the purchase, the story has changed. Failed to activate VERIZON rep, then proceeded to PUSH an item that was incompatible. If after a purchase the return shipping fee is found to be more than the original cost of the product, WHY is the activation fee included in the product return? At least cheat. BAD operation for doing business. VERIZON is TOO BIG.
