Very good Job Tracking System With Excellent Customer Service

I like that it has built in scheduling of jobs, along with having an interface which makes job tracking easy! The customer service isn't really great either, but you can communicate through their website chat feature fairly quickly usually when talking about issues they did have prior to switching over from Managed Services - they actually fixed them asap. Great system if someone requires quick turn arounds. It's nice seeing everything at once instead of searching for information online or through various emails received. You could easily set up several different departments/clients using this software by customizing each one differently. We needed something that was reliable and had multiple users able to use (as opposed to just 1 person being capable). Facil-ITy is very easy to use and has helped us to centralize all of our maintenance and repair data into one place. This has made our job much easier and has helped us to identify problems and issues much quicker. I would say that the customer service is not the best, though I have not had any issues with them myself. We have been able to identify issues and problems much quicker than before. We are able to keep track of our equipment and have a better idea of what is happening with our equipment.
