The ability to create custom reports is very useful when looking at patient data as well as other team members such as dentists or assistants. It's easy for your staff to access because it can be accessed from anywhere in the world via internet connection. I enjoy being able to view patient information online through our app but sometimes you don't have an option of seeing certain fields for some patients. This was not always clear to me before viewing my charts. You cannot print off any patient files so this could lead to mistakes with billing codes if they are different than what has been entered into the system previously. We use Axium Ascend mainly for appointment scheduling and reporting purposes. It allows us to keep track of all appointments we schedule including past missed appointments which helps us see how many people attend vs cancel/no-shows.
