When I first got this screwdriver thing it initially had little to no power to turn screws on a laptop, phone or small electronics. I thought maybe it didn't have enough power, so I always kept it fully charged. I would still have to manually turn screws to get them started and then this just unscrewed already loosen screws. It didn't have enough torque to tighten down anything either.After a few months with it I heard a rattling around inside and knew something had been broken the whole time. I emailed the company through Revain and they refused to help. Said they wouldn't do anything for me, warranty the product, repair it or anything to help. Their exact quote is "Hello, our after-sales guarantee time is 90 days". I bought it January 26th and Messaged them May 13th. That's 107 days. I'll never buy another one of their products and I'll never recommend anyone buy them. They sold a defective product and they did nothing to rectify the situation.
