We bought six of these alarm clocks in December. Since then two of them have failed - in both cases due to steam or humidity, and in the latter case at 1:30am when my children were fast asleep. These fire alarms aren't just mediocre anymore - they're actively bad because they teach my kids to ignore smoke alarms that they're a nuisance and a problem, not a life-saving device.
