It's easy enough that I can use it in my office while also taking calls from clients at home or when out walking their dogs! There are some quirks with certain phone features (like voice mail) but nothing major - just minor annoyances rather than problems not being able solve/address them myself later down line if they become issues after our product has been deployed into production environments.
Having client portals is very useful so we have access whenever an employee needs us regardless where he happens be physically located within campus; this helps eliminate having someone traveling hundreds upon thousands miles away simply because one person cannot easily find another who may know what information might need updating about something like grooming supplies etc..
