I like how easy it was for me as an agent, new or old employee of lesschurmamt use this software in order improve our retention rate with customers who are leaving us due lack service quality/experience we provide them! There's nothing dislike about using LESSCHURMAMT but i would love if they can add more features such feature where agents could post call recordings which will be helpful when resolving customer issues without having additional staff member at hand during business hours (especially night time). It has been very beneficial so far because now that there're no problems left unresolved from other departments within my branch office since all calls have recorded throughless Chrumnaut system therefore solving any non-existing problem between myself & clients via emailing eachothers.
