It can't be worse! A waste of money.

Item not delivered! The phone was bought as a gift, so the delivery date described in the order was important. The phone arrived in my city by PICKPOINT delivery to the sorting center, then it had to proceed to the pickup point specified by me in the order. At this stage, the most interesting thing began: the contractual relationship between Pickpoint and the pickup point ceased to operate, the phone lay in the pickup point for not a full day, and in the morning it was taken back to the sorting center. Since I regularly tracked the status of the order, when I saw this I began to call the Pickpoint hotline. After talking with the operator, the employee sent the goods to another pickup point. But, despite my daily calls to the delivery service, the phone "safely" lay in the frosty warehouses of the sorting center for several days, then fell into the category of Unclaimed goods and was sent back to amazon (I take it) in Hong Kong. As a result, the gift for a significant date did not take place, the celebration was overshadowed. I'm waiting for a refund from 10 working days to a MONTH. On the amazon hotline, an employee expressed regret, but refused to provide a discount coupon for a future purchase of goods.
