These cleats do the job well enough; my nose piercing is inconspicuous and inconspicuous which was the goal because i am not allowed to have one in my job. However, I took off the stars because 4 out of 10 is not safe to use. The plastic ends that will be in my nostril are extremely sharp and caused a nosebleed when I tried to put on one of these 4. The rest are perfectly fine and hold up with no issues (even in the shower if I'm careful.) This seems to be a common occurrence so I'd say some of them are useless and sharp by the time you get them. They were the cheapest option for this purpose, so it's not surprising, but the seller definitely has room for improvement.
