Review on Type C External Writer Burner Optical External Components by John Hattalli

Worked as a DVD drive on multiple systems without special drivers and updates. He had no problem reading media I threw at him. I had some problems burning DVD-R discs, but +R worked fine. Although maybe it was the host. The interface is quite simple, a USB3 port is needed for proper power supply to make it work as a writer. The USB-C converter is also good. All this, including the adapter and cable, fits perfectly in the dedicated channel on the bottom of the device. The only change I would suggest is to make the molding able to hold the USB-C adapter even when the cable isn't there.
