Easy to use, can be customized in many ways for your needs/desires. The fact that it is cloud-hosted (and not installed locally) has some advantages from ease of support issues as well as security / data protection concerns. While there are several features offered by this program worth using - I do wish they would offer more robust reporting capabilities than what's currently provided through their existing reports feature set (e.g., creating custom report). This application helps us organize our synagogues finances with its ability to track donations and other financial transactions made within an online system.
