Although I only ride my bike occasionally this junk was bent and now unusable and was removed and thrown away. After I wrote the original review, the manufacturer contacted me and offered a full refund should I change my review. Well I thought I changed it (I think I forgot to click SAVE at the bottom of the page). Now the manufacturer emails me several times a day and persuades me to change the rating. OK, here are the 3 stars you DON'T DESERVE! I'm 6ft 3in and 260lbs: too much for this spring I think. A friend has it on her Lectric bike this spring and it's ok! She's at least 100 pounds lighter than me, maybe 200 pounds lighter. i'm afraid to ask
