Exactly what I needed!
I love this griddle! I needed something to cook big meals with--especially bacon and pancakes. I've tried bacon on the textured side and grilled cheese on the smooth side, both came out great. This griddle is well made and easy to clean. The middle is naturally not as hot as the area under direct heat but the heat distribution is enough to cook food in the middle. This product is also easy to clean. I'm already buying another one so that I can use both at the same time.
