Not even sharp in my review
I bought this to be able to work with fish - the edge of the knife is dull from the moment I opened the package. I'm really disappointed - it just sort of moves the fish around. Don't buy this knife if you want to cut through fillets like butter.
- Great knife and a very good price... used it to filet fish, make the job very easy. highly recommended
- The blade is not very flexible, making it difficult for precision cuts
