Requires details but works.

Like the other reviewer, I found this pulley to not fit the crankshaft. After careful inspection, I found that the slot in the pulley that matches the crankshaft key was machined too tight. I knocked out the key in the crankshaft and went to the work table with the key and the pulley. I used a steel file to widen the slot in the pulley until the key is snug to the length of the slot. (That means the key slides up and down in the slot, just like it did when you installed it.) I also sanded the pulley hole a bit with 300 grit sandpaper. This took about 15 minutes and I was patient and careful. NOTE. The idler pulley comes with a new wooden key, but it also doesn't fit in the slot. After careful detailing, the pulley slides perfectly and works perfectly. , a pity that it was wrongly processed by the manufacturer. But with a little work, it's still a good deal.

  • Great selection
Cons
  • Expensive insurance
