The protector did not work when installed

Just trying to install. Nice packaging, instructions and cleaning kit. No mop. Everything went wrong during installation. A corner touched the screen, tried to lift to move (the protection is smaller than the screen) to the center. Then he banged. How would I work with air bubbles if there was no flexibility? Glass protection is too fragile. The woman has been through 2 on her Galaxy+ (and this brand has lifetime replacements). I will NOT buy any other. * If I receive a free replacement I will update the review.
