I think I was expecting each individual key to be a solid piece of metal but to my surprise some of the handles were pressed against the function Top. This only applies to round tips, but single and double prong tools are obviously stamped from one piece of metal and have ridges/burrs that I think need at least sanding or checking before proceeding. I believe they are all made in the same huge factory and sold by different companies. So not sure if you're getting the best set that looks similar. Also, the three core sets are identical. I thought they were different instruments, but in fact they are the same identical instruments in the same identical order. So unless you need three separate sets of the same tools, it's probably better to use a set with fewer tools. They work well, but they're not perfect. In fact, I spent a lot of time grinding and finishing the tips of a set. So now when I have to work I use the extended set.
