basically completely useless. No drawings available

Instructions for driver's side only. The instructions for the passenger are extremely vague, mostly completely useless. There are simply no drawings. The description of the device and the installation location are useless. There should be two separate, clear and descriptive instructions: one for driver's side installation and one for passenger side installation.
