Review on 🔒 KOHLER 25 050 21-S1 Fuel Filter - 75 Micron | 3/16" & 1/4" Fuel Line ID by Jason Epstein

My Craftsman lawn tractor (Kohler CV16 engine) started stalling and stumbling last year. The original fuel filter was 11 years old and needed to be replaced. I couldn't find a genuine Kohler locally, so I installed a generic filter from a hardware store. Tractor still stalls when driving uphill. I removed the fuel line from the carburetor and fuel flowed through the fuel line and common filter (it flowed very well. lots of flow). I thought that maybe the carburetor was clogged and needed repair, but before that I made an experiment: I connected a new fuel hose to the tractor without a fuel filter, and the tractor worked fine when mowing the lawn. Since I didn't want to drive without a fuel filter for long, I cut off the hose and installed a new universal filter. The tractor stopped more than 5 times while mowing the lawn. Then I ordered this Kohler filter and installed it instead of the usual one. The tractor worked fine. No standstill. MAGIC!
