Bank 1 didn't work. I double checked the wiring at the hub and at the output jack and it was correct. The wiring worked before the hub was installed and I made sure the wires weren't broken. I re-punched new sections of wire and they still didn't work. Banks 2, 3 and 4 worked and the POTS (plain telephone service) wiring passed the test with the Klein Scout Pro 3 tester. Finally I removed the wires from bank 1 and plugged them into another bank and that connector worked . The instructions were a bit easy. Connecting the phone service I assume you mean using line 1 R (call) and T (tip). I didn't realize this until I ran the red wire over the red marker and the green wire over the green marker, yellow to yellow and black to blue.
