I bought two packs of 5 each so 10 drawer slides. Although I tried very carefully to install the drawers into the sides, the ball bearings on the 5 rails came loose. This rendered them unusable so I had to go to a big store to get a full price replacement. The second problem: after installing the box, the unlocking mechanism on the two boxes would not release the box. It is impossible to remove these boxes from the closet. Grrr. Eventually I bought rear mounts that were too big for these cheaper versions of the rails. I had to clamp them in a vise to hold them in place. The mounts I bought match the full price slides perfectly. Made too cheap. Bite the bullet and pay full price for quality drawer slides.
