I bought two packs of 5 each so 10 drawer slides. Although I tried very carefully to install the drawers into the sides, the ball bearings on the 5 rails came loose. This rendered them unusable so I had to go to a big store to get a full price replacement. The second problem: after installing the box, the unlocking mechanism on the two boxes would not release the box. It is impossible to remove these boxes from the closet. Grrr. Ordered these for a set of four drawers for the serving table and a combined storage unit. They looked fine out of the box and seemed to work and move perfectly, but once installed the lugs stuck to the rails, bent slightly and the ball bearings fell out everywhere! After several hours of fitting the ball bearings into place and folding the petals, I was able to open and close the drawers. I will consider another purchase from this brand.
