User Review of Cookware

It was a surprise to receive the wok well ahead of the original delivery date, within a week I had it on my doorstep. Good job for the delivery team! I like wok very much. This is a nice looking wok, the size fits my family's needs for everyday cooking, a large chicken can easily be put in for steaming thanks to the large lid. I've used it for Chinese-style cooking, ie frying, steaming, deep-frying, and ็…Žใ€‚็‚’๏ผŒ่’ธ๏ผŒ็…ฎ๏ผŒ็…Ž้ƒฝๅฏไปฅไธ€้”…ๆžๅฎšใ€‚ใ€‚ใ€‚ Once you know how to use it, it really doesn't stick at all. . The secret is to heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add enough vegetable oil until a ripple pattern appears on the oil, and reduce the heat to low when the pattern appears. The fish must be completely dry before adding it to the wok. ็ซๅ€™ๅพˆ้‡่ฆใ€‚For women like me, the fish is light, heats up quickly, easy to clean (you can use metal cleaner to clean the wok), no special seasoning (ๅผ€้”…) is required, just wash with detergent for the first time. are: 1. No steam vent (although that's not a big deal) 2. The wok is too light, sometimes it moves across the glass plate when I'm frying vegetables. I recommended it to my friends (I'm quite famous for my Chinese food and my friends trust my recommendation). You don't have to thank me for that. Rschunimagu
