Review on Bridgestone Blizzak Spike-02 SUV 265/60 R18 114T winter by Micha Bukowski (Pax) ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Didn't quite buy it well, had a little trouble using it.

Outlander XL automobile, tire size 215 70 R16. Skated for a significant portion of the winter season. Traveled close to 5000 kilometers. Controllability. That is nothing short of being in awe of her. Asphalt, ice, snow porridge, and snowdrifts are the four conditions. On my vehicle, none of the coatings exhibited even the slightest hint of slickness, and I did not experience any slippage at all. Take, then touch, and release. Impressively holds its ground. demonstrates faultless behavior at speed, however anything over 120 miles per hour does not appear to move. Although there was no emergency braking, the grip was sufficient for my silent operation, which was good for my eyes. When I was driving on ice, I did it several times with greater force than usual when I applied the brakes just to "feel" the grip. The car stopped properly, and the wheels did not lock up. Regarding its maneuverability, the automobile provides a driving experience that is both relaxed and assured. Puddle jumping is one of the most exciting things you can do. The tires knock the water out from under the wheels and to the sides with complete assurance, and there is no sense of planning generated. They are aware of the rut, but they don't seem to be able to cause too much agony in the process. Now we get to the depressing part! Unreal, a drone with a helicopter! It is not practical to chat on long excursions when traveling at speeds of more than 80 kilometers per hour. This is doubly offensive considering that everyone else mentioned that it was a peaceful environment when I took it. Guys, but in that case, how noisy is it? I once owned a Bridgestone Ice Cruiser 5000, which was like something out of a fairy tale. The ability to be managed is also present, despite the fact that they were not heard at all! Not even from the word itself! Then I decided to take it on the recommendation of Nokian testing, which showed that it had good driving performance; however, the breeches buzzed horribly, and I believe that I will only wear them the next time. And so I took it, and it appears to be a high-level tire, and the model is not an old one; how does it turn out, I don't understand, I don't understand how it turns out? Speaking of which, let's talk about the burglary! The first 1000 kilometers were traveled at the slowest possible speed, with speeds of no more than 50–60 kilometers per hour for the first 700 kilometers and no more than 80 kilometers per hour thereafter. Everything done according to the recommendations of tire experts and others. Up to 60 kilometers per hour, it is not especially audible, and I was really pleased with that. When I gave 80 kilometers per hour for the first time, I thought the helicopter was taking off from a local airport! After that, we traveled a great distance. 100-110 km / h is really horrible! The longer time passed, the more peaceful it became. I was going to give it even four stars, but after driving it for a significant distance recently, I realized that it doesn't pull more than three. Very noisy. Disappointment was compounded by the fact that the price was high.

Pros
  • Controllability. Getting over the water barriers. Performance of the brakes. Properties relating to coupling.
Cons
  • There was a buzzing and a rumble.
