I ordered two pairs of these to help me clamp the coolant hoses. The only problem with them is that they just don't work. On both pairs I ordered, the clamps didn't rotate, making it difficult to get into hard-to-reach places, which is one of the purposes of these tools anyway, to make difficult jobs easier. Also, it has become much more difficult to clamp them properly. The ratchet on one of the pairs didn't even work, on the other it broke off completely after the first use. To make matters worse, the design of the handles is terrible. As a mechanic, your hands go through hell every day. So why torment yourself even more with a tool that bites your palms? As a personal recommendation, I hope you take a closer look at the SK Hand Tool. They're more expensive, but the upside is that they WORK. They are durable, comfortable, agile and worth the money.
