🔧 Cal-Van Tools 16000: Efficient Radiator Hose Pinch Off Plier for Automobiles Review

I used these 2X on the fuel and gas lines in my RV to make a modification. I wish I had these when I was doing all those fuel pumps in my Vanagon!

the little black inside that adjusts the size is a clip if it's made of "cheap" metal and not liquid. I think if the price goes below $10 then it's worth it.

Hose clamp tool works great. Most of the Cal-Van tools I've used have been pretty solid and can actually do what they were designed to do.

You clamped the coolant hoses, but not enough to stop the flow. I still had a trickle of coolant from each hose. So I gave up and just let the system drain my 2 month old coolant.

I ordered two pairs of these to help me clamp the coolant hoses. The only problem with them is that they just don't work. On both pairs I ordered, the clamps didn't rotate, making it difficult to get into hard-to-reach places, which is one of the purposes of these tools anyway, to make difficult jobs easier.
