Perfect backdrop to a horror movie - we get locked in, locks just spin…you cannot get out!

Locks spin into place and then will not unlock.Guests and children have had to climb out windows! Cannot return or find an answer if they can be fixed.

Pros

They’re door handles and they work as expected. The look good too.

Cons

The lever handles are too short for some individuals
