Works once - bricks later
I bought this because I didn't need a general purpose printer and only needed to scan occasionally. The compact form factor was attractive. After 2 years the thing is a brick. During that time I scanned things at scale maybe 5 times, maybe 50 scans. Now the scanner registers that I plug in the cable, but no longer responds on the computer I originally installed it on, no less. It doesn't respond to key presses and is completely dead. There is little support documentation and the utility assumes Windows Plug and Play is working or you are SOL.
