This cozy reflective waterproof dog coat is a good size. It is the same as described in the size chart. It fits my 14 inch dog very well and is quite warm. My dog didn't want to get into the jacket at first and kept coming out of the leg holes. Insert one and she pulls out another. This makes it quite difficult to zip up while trying to keep both feet in the holes. I closed the buckle after putting my feet through so it stays and I have enough time to zip up. One day my dog didn't want to walk, but he was fine in the middle of our walk. The hole under the dog is short enough to avoid pee splashing, but my dog's short legs meant the ground dragged grass at times. When we got home I found that his fur was quite warm despite the cooler weather outside which let me know the jacket had served its purpose.
