These are not pop-in magnets, you must twist them like screws to fully insert/install. After removing the screws to be replaced and before attaching the magnets, prepare yourself: have a thin piece of cloth (tea towel, t-shirt) and pliers ready. Why? This allows you to screw the magnet all the way in as you can't use a screwdriver to screw it in. Just cover the head with a cloth, grip the tongs tightly and start twisting. Chapter. If you cover it, don't scratch the magnetic head. Works great, looks great and is worth the money
