The Skeptic's Experience

All my life I've exercised and been in pain because I'm too stupid to know when to stop. Now I'm older, calling in sick for doing too many squats, just not attractive. After doing some research before launching the P90X, I bought it hoping it would work. WARNING: I trust (and don't usually buy) weight lifting products too much. I take vitamins and such, but not "SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN FASTEST FAT BURNERS ON THE MARKET - GUARANTEED!" like garbage. Also, I usually don't like the taste of most supplements; I just don't like protein bars and shakes. In my opinion, buying Endurox was really challenging and I was quite skeptical. Two key factors: 1) I wasn't anywhere near as sick as I should have been based on the amount of exercise I was doing. The lack of muscle soreness is phenomenal: After being in and out of the gym for decades, I never expected a product to relieve this intense pain to prevent. I still have some pain two days later but not as much as before. Everyone's physiology is different, but the overwhelming amount of positive reviews made me buy and I'm glad I had the same experience. If only I had had this product twenty years ago! 2) It really doesn't taste bad at all. Taste is subjective, but for my taste, when I turn on half power, the taste is disgusting. Too much and grainy. I use just under two scoops (the instructions say two scoops) because even if you shake like hell you're usually left with unmixed powder. The taste is good enough that I'm really looking forward to finishing my P90X session and using the drink as motivation to get up early and work out. The amount of sugar is intimidating, though for just 12 ounces of water: diabetics should take note. Conclusion: The price is high, but it is worth it for me just because of the pain avoidance. Flavor Factor (orange) and I'm a smile.
