Works great. Keep pressing the product with the second pin. I didn't read the instructions and didn't do too well with my first zucchini. my fault I love this device. The quality seems ok for this price. I cooked 5 days in a row. I won't say it looks like my brother's homemade pasta, but I can honestly say that dishes with fresh zucchini, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, parsley, cheese, etc. don't feel like veggies. It is hard to explain. With very fresh ingredients and the right sauces, I don't miss pasta. I can cook as healthy as I want, and I should avoid parmesan. someday.
