Review on Botanic by John Ghattamaraju

I like that Botanic is an easy platform to integrate with my existing tools. Their documentation is clear and easy to follow. There are several other features that I have not used yet that seem useful. If you're looking for one-stop-shop for your bot needs then this is the place to go. The customer support has been great as well! I wish we could save our bots in different profiles so we could easily switch between them. We use Botanic to automate customer service interactions. This allows our customers to interact via text and voice with our team members and get answers quickly and efficiently.
