I decided to keep it but I'm not entirely happy with the purchase for a number of reasons. #1, painting sucks. It just is. I really wasn't expecting dents and black marks on the box for this quantity so it was immediately annoying upon unboxing the product. #2 The front that holds the tray isn't screwed on, it's just a magnet, and a terrible magnet. When you move the drawer, it detaches completely and the tray pops out. My little chihuahua can knock him over. Extremely annoying. No. 3 side doors. My god I just find the design of these doors poor and flawed. If your dog leans against it slightly, it will arch out completely. I don't even know how to put into words what he's doing because it's so stupid that I just put a picture in there. It looks silly when it happens and my dog might get stuck in his paws. #4 bars are just very poor quality. I feel like they will break if I tug on them lightly. I mean, it's not that big of a deal, but for the price you're charging people for this box, you need to step up your latch game. And a few annoying moments here and there. I will not buy this product again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I thought of sending it back for a refund but I would have to completely disassemble, pack and ship it which is a lot of time and work. Do not buy. waste of time. You get an inferior box for a high price.
